RadiosUp respects the intellectual-property rights of broadcasters, content owners, and rights holders. We maintain a dedicated support system where any station owner, copyright holder, or authorized representative can request the immediate removal of their station from our application's search indexing.

Direct Takedown Protocol

1. Takedown Access

Rights holders can submit a removal request directly in-app via the settings panel, or through this public portal: www.radiosup.com/dmca.

2. Processing Commitment

Upon receipt of a valid removal request, our database updates systematically to remove and blacklist the specified streaming URL within 24 hours.

3. Required Information

To process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following:

• Your full name and contact email address.
• The name of the rights owner or organization you represent.
• The exact station name and stream URL to be removed.
• A clear statement that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
• The reason for the removal request.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe a station was removed in error, you may contact us at starmediasoft@gmail.com with a detailed explanation and we will review the matter promptly.
