Welcome to RadioSup! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the RadioSup website at radiosup.com ("Website"), the RadioSup mobile application ("App") and any related services ("Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Website or App, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RadioSup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or App.

2. Description of the Service

RadioSup provides users with access to live radio stations from around the world. We do not own or control the content broadcast by third-party radio stations.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Website or App. Users in jurisdictions requiring a higher age of digital consent must meet that age.
• You agree not to use the Website or App for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or sell any part of the Website or App.
• If you contribute content (e.g., suggest stations), you grant us a non-exclusive right to use and display such content within the Website or App.
• You agree not to submit objectionable or abusive content. We reserve the right to remove user-submitted content and to remove users who engage in abusive behavior, in accordance with Apple's App Store guideline 1.2.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content within the Website or App are the property of their respective owners. RadioSup does not claim ownership over third-party radio station content.

5. Third-Party Services

• The Website and App stream radio stations that are owned and operated by third parties.
• We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or content of any third-party stations.
• Your interactions with third-party services (including advertisements) are at your own risk.

7. Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchase

7.1 Subscription Plan

• RadioSup Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription in the App.
• The subscription unlocks ad-free access, casting, and recording features.
• Title of subscription: RadioSup Premium (Monthly). Length: 1 month. Price is displayed in your local currency on the subscription screen prior to purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) after purchase. Cancelling the current subscription is not allowed during the active period.

7.2 Lifetime Purchase

• Users may pay a one-time fee for lifetime access to all premium features in the App.
• The lifetime plan does not expire and includes all future updates and features at no additional cost.

7.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• iOS subscriptions are managed in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
• Android subscriptions are managed in the Google Play Store. Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with their policies.
• The lifetime purchase is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or App at any time if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and App are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of radio stations.
• Accuracy or reliability of third-party content.
• That the Website or App will be free from errors or interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website or App.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Subscription & Lifetime Purchase Data

• Subscription and payment details are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing.

• If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.
• If you purchase lifetime access, your features remain unlocked permanently.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Ad Networks

The free version of the App may display ads from third-party networks such as Google AdMob. These providers may collect device information for personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings, or via Apple's "Allow Apps to Request to Track" setting on iOS.

4.2 Analytics

We use tools like Google Firebase and Google Analytics to analyze user interactions and improve the Website and App.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share non-personal, aggregated data with partners to improve the Website and App.

7. User Choices & Controls

• Ad-Free Subscription: You can remove ads in the App by subscribing to RadioSup Premium or purchasing lifetime access.
• Opting Out of Ads: Disable personalized ads in your iOS or Android device settings.
• Access, Correction & Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing alainv@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Website and App are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

For iOS users, the RadioSup app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. By installing or using the App, you accept that EULA in addition to these Terms.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
