Terms of Service

Welcome to RadioSup! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the RadioSup website at radiosup.com ("Website"), the RadioSup mobile application on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS) ("App"), and any related services ("Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Website or App, you agree to these terms. These Terms are drafted to comply with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, the Google Play Developer Program Policies, and Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RadioSup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or App.

2. Description of the Service

RadioSup is a directory and player for publicly available internet radio streams from around the world. We do not host, download, save, record, modify, or redistribute the audio streams — your device connects directly to each broadcaster's public stream URL. We do not own or control the content broadcast by third-party radio stations.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in some EEA countries) to use the Website or App. The App is rated for a general audience on Google Play and is not enrolled in the Designed for Families program.
• You agree not to use the Website or App for any illegal or unauthorized activities, or in violation of Google Play's or Apple's policies.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or sell any part of the Website or App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• If you contribute content (e.g., suggest stations or send feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content within the Services.
• You agree not to submit or transmit objectionable, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content. We reserve the right to remove user-submitted content and to block users who engage in abusive behavior, consistent with Google Play's User Generated Content policy and Apple guideline 1.2.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, station names, logos, and content within the Website or App are the property of their respective owners. RadioSup does not claim ownership over third-party radio station content. If you are a broadcaster or rights holder and would like a listing updated or removed, contact starmediasoft@gmail.com.

5. Third-Party Services

• The Website and App stream radio stations that are owned and operated by third parties.
• We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or content of any third-party stations.
• Your interactions with third-party services (including advertisements delivered by Google AdMob or its mediation partners) are subject to those third parties' own terms and are at your own risk.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy, which is written to comply with the Google Play Data safety and User Data policies, Apple App Store guidelines, the GDPR, and the CCPA.

7. Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchase

7.1 Subscription Plan

• RadioSup Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription in the App.
• The subscription unlocks ad-free access, casting, and recording features.
• Title of subscription: RadioSup Premium (Monthly). Length: 1 month. Price is displayed in your local currency on the subscription screen prior to purchase, in accordance with the Google Play Subscriptions policy and Apple's paid-app disclosure requirements.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account (Android) or Apple ID (iOS) at confirmation of purchase, exclusively via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase as required by each platform.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the current plan (subject to any advance notice of price changes required by Google Play or Apple).
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (Android) or Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (iOS). Cancelling during an active billing period stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7.2 Free Trial (where offered)

• If a free trial is offered, it starts once you confirm the purchase and converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, as required by Google Play and Apple.
• You may use each free trial only once per Google or Apple account.

7.3 Lifetime Purchase

• Users may pay a one-time fee for lifetime access to all premium features in the App.
• The lifetime plan does not expire and includes all future updates and features at no additional cost.

7.4 Cancellation & Refunds

• Android subscriptions are managed in the Google Play Store. Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with the Google Play refund policy, and in the EU/EEA/UK in accordance with statutory withdrawal rights.
• iOS subscriptions are managed in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
• The lifetime purchase is non-refundable except where required by applicable law (including statutory withdrawal rights in the EU/EEA/UK).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or App at any time if you violate these Terms, Google Play policies, or Apple's terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and App are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of radio stations.
• Accuracy or reliability of third-party content.
• That the Website or App will be free from errors or interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website or App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including statutory consumer rights).

11. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms overrides your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal for digital purchases under EU/EEA/UK law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the Website. Continued use of the Website or App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Google Play (Android)

The App is distributed on Android through Google Play and is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service (play.google.com/about/play-terms) in addition to these Terms. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.

Apple App Store (iOS)

For iOS users, the App is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. By installing or using the App, you accept that EULA in addition to these Terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
