This Privacy Policy describes how RadioSup ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RadioSup website at radiosup.com ("Website") and the RadioSup mobile application ("App"), together the "Services". This policy is designed to comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (including 5.1.1 and 5.1.2), Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and applicable children's privacy laws.

2. Summary (Apple Privacy Nutrition Labels)

The data types below mirror the disclosures shown on the App Store product page:

• Data Not Linked to You: Usage Data (stations played, session duration, taps), Diagnostics (crash logs, performance), Identifiers (device identifier used for analytics and ads where allowed).
• Data Used to Track You (only with your ATT permission on iOS): Device Identifier (IDFA) and Usage Data, shared with advertising partners for personalized ads.
• Data Not Collected: Name, address, phone number, health, financial info, contacts, photos, precise location, browsing history outside the App.

We do not require an account to use the App.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

• Email address — only if you contact support or submit a station suggestion.
• Purchase information — subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a purchase receipt/entitlement status but never your payment card details.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device & technical data: device model, OS version, language, time zone, app version, crash logs, and a non-permanent device identifier.
• Usage data: stations played, favorites, session length, feature interactions, and error events.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android): only used if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt (iOS 14.5+) or your Android ad-personalization settings.
• Approximate location: derived from IP address only, to suggest nearby stations and comply with local content rules. We do not request precise GPS location.
• Cookies and similar technologies on the Website for analytics and basic site functionality.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services and stream radio stations you select.
• Process subscriptions and lifetime purchases through Apple or Google.
• Improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Show advertisements in the free tier (personalized only with your consent on iOS via ATT, and where required by law in your region).
• Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

5. Legal Bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Performance of a contract — providing the App you requested and processing purchases.
• Legitimate interests — securing the Services, preventing abuse, basic analytics.
• Consent — personalized advertising, optional analytics, and any tracking under Apple's ATT framework. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — responding to lawful requests and meeting tax/accounting duties.

6. Third-Party Services (Sub-processors)

We share limited data with the following categories of providers strictly to operate the Services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play — payments, subscription management, and receipt validation.
• Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase — crash reporting, performance monitoring, anonymous usage analytics.
• Google AdMob and ad mediation partners — serving ads in the free tier. On iOS, personalized ads are shown only if you allow tracking via Apple's ATT prompt.
• Hosting and CDN providers — delivering the Website and stream metadata.
• Third-party radio stations — when you tune in, your device connects directly to the broadcaster's stream URL; that broadcaster may log your IP per their own privacy policy. We do not control third-party station content or logging.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA without your consent.

7. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking occurs. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", we and our partners will not use the IDFA or other identifiers to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, and ads shown to you will be non-personalized. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

8. Data Retention

• Diagnostic and analytics data: retained up to 14 months in aggregated form, then deleted or anonymized.
• Support emails: retained up to 24 months after the issue is closed.
• Purchase/entitlement records: retained for as long as required by tax and consumer-protection law (typically up to 10 years).
• Locally stored preferences (favorites, recents) live only on your device until you delete the App.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent (e.g., ATT permission) at any time.
• Port your data to another service.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (EEA/UK) or attorney general (US).

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The App is not in Apple's Kids Category and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

We operate globally and may process your data in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect transfers out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

12. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit via HTTPS, restricted access controls, vendor due diligence) to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

The Website does not respond to traditional "Do Not Track" browser signals because no common standard has been finalized. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

14. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

In the last 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 3 for the purposes described in Section 4. We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent. California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and limit use of sensitive personal information by emailing alainv@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on the Website at least 7 days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
